Thank you for volunteering as a coach or team manager for St Patrick’s FC in 2026. Your contribution is essential to creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all players.

  • All coaches and managers must be registered via PlayFootball, the official Football NSW registration system:

    • Register in PlayFootball

    • Ensure you select the Coach or Team Manager role during registration.

    • Registration is required before accessing SSFA Shared Services.

  • After registering in PlayFootball, create a Shared Services account with the Sutherland Shire Football Association (SSFA):

    With this account, you can:

    • Access team training allocations

    • Upload or update Working With Children (WWC) details

    • View ground duty rosters

    • Access grading, match sheets, and other team management tools

  • We provide resources and support to help you lead your team successfully:

  • Coaches and managers will receive urgent messages via WhatsApp, including wet weather notifications, cancellations, or emergencies.

    Regular updates are also sent via email and Facebook.

  • Each coach and manager will be provided with a club jersey on loan for the season. Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season.
