INCIDENTS & INFRINGEMENTS.

St Patrick’s Football Club is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

    • Any significant incident occurring during a match or training session must be reported.

    • All red card infringements must be reported, without exception.

    • Reports may be submitted by the coach, team manager, or any involved player.

    • Reports should be completed as soon as possible following the incident.

    • Complete the official Incident / Infringement Report Form below.

    • Submit the form immediately after the event to ensure timely review and action.

    • All reports are reviewed by the Club Executive.

    • Incidents are assessed in line with SSFA and Football NSW regulations.

    • Follow-up actions may include disciplinary measures, education, or further investigation where required.

    • Prompt and accurate reporting supports player safety, fair competition, and SSFA compliance.

    • Delays or failure to report incidents may impact the club’s ability to act appropriately.
