registration information

  • St Patrick’s Football Club welcomes players of all abilities, from beginners to experienced players. We offer programs for MiniRoos (U6-U11) through to Junior and Senior competition teams.

  • January 2, 2026 - Registrations Open
    Register early to secure your place for the 2026 season.

    February 11, 2026 - Early Bird Discount Ends
    Save $50 by registering before this date.

    February 22, 2026 - Late Registration Fees Apply
    A $50 late fee applies to all registrations from this date.

    February 2026 - U8 to U16 Grading (if required)
    Exact dates to be confirmed.

    February 2026 - Club Open Day
    Registration assistance, ID checks and uniform purchases available.
    Exact dates to be confirmed.

    March 28 & 29, 2026 - Round 1 Commences
    MiniRoos, Saturday competition and Sunday competition.

    May 31, 2026 - Late Registrations Close
    Final opportunity to register for the 2026 season.

  • All player registrations are completed through the PlayFootball registration system.

    Existing players
    Please use the same login details as previous seasons.
    If you have forgotten your password, follow the reset prompts in PlayFootball.

    For technical issues, contact the PlayFootball Support Desk or your club registrar.

  • All players U10/W10 and above must upload a passport-style profile photo.

    Photo requirements:

    • Face fully visible

    • No hats, headwear or sunglasses

    • Taken within the last 12 months

    Important:
    Players who require sports glasses must wear them in the photo and contact the club registrar for additional SSFA documentation.

  • New players registering with the SSFA must provide original documents showing proof of age and Sutherland Shire residency.

    Proof of age (one required):

    • Birth Certificate

    • Passport

    • Driver Licence (including digital)

    Proof of residency (one required):

    • Current, unaltered driver licence

    • Current council rates notice

    • Recent original government document (e.g. Medicare, Services NSW, Centrelink)

    Not accepted:
    Mobile phone bills, utility or electricity accounts.

  • Players and parents must attend a Registration Assistance & ID Sighting Day to present required documents.

    Dates will be published above and on our Facebook page.

  • All registrations must be paid online at the time of registration.
    If you are unable to pay online, please contact your club registrar for assistance.

  • If you wish to use an Active Kids Voucher, apply through Service NSW before starting your PlayFootball registration.

  • A family discount may apply when three or more players from the same immediate family (living in the same household) are registered.

    Please request a discount code before starting your registration:

    • Junior Registrar - U6 to U16

    • Senior Registrar - U18 and above

  • Players in the U6 & U7 age groups are allocated to teams based on numbers to ensure balanced, enjoyable participation. Playing team sports also helps children make new friends. St Patrick’s FC will try to accommodate friend requests, noting SSFA limits teams to 7 players.

    Friend requests: Parents of each child should email junior.registrar@stpatricksfc.com.au, or one parent may email on behalf of both families with the other cc’d.

    Full team requests: Complete the U6/U7 Team Request Form and return it to the Club Registrars by Wednesday 19 February 2026. We aim to create fun, balanced, and friendly teams while accommodating reasonable requests.
